I will also review existing marketing strategies, key metrics, and performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

    After aligning with the team, I will prioritize understanding the unique strengths and zones of genius of my direct reports, empowering them to excel in areas where they naturally thrive and fostering greater buy-in for future changes. By leveraging these strengths and applying principles of effective leadership psychology—principles I’ve studied and applied since college—I will foster a culture of collaboration and ownership. Additionally, I will streamline processes by ensuring the implementation of clear reporting systems, optimized dashboards, and the right KPIs to track early momentum and guide long-term success.
